Program Structure & Investment
Foundation Session: We’ll start by exploring your health history, goals, and current challenges to build a strong foundation for your wellness journey. This session provides clarity on where you are now, where you’d like to be, and how to bridge that gap with a personalized plan
Ongoing Coaching Support: You’ll receive two 40-minute coaching sessions per month for 3 months, giving you consistent guidance, accountability, and space to adjust your plan as needed. These sessions are designed to keep you feeling supported and empowered every step of the way.
Ongoing Email Support: Have questions between sessions? You’ll have access to email support throughout the program, so you never have to navigate changes alone.
